The Queen of Cats has slanted eyes. She is very old and very wise. For an eternity she will rule, sometimes benevolent, often cruel. In all the land there are only her laws guarded by her regent's teeth and claws. Her consorts lie on silk pillows and dream of mountains of salmon and oceans of cream.
The Queen of Cats has luxurious fur, long curled whiskers, a harmonious purr. Down marbled corridors she silently stalks past gardens of catnip where peacocks walk. Slowly, gently, she contemplates matters of kingdom, secrets of state. With subtle control, with noble disdain, she guides the subjects of her ageless domain.
